Orbea Electric Bike
I ordered an Orbea electric bike which once opened from the box had scratches / marks on the frame. I spoke to Tredz who were happy to exchange the bike or have my money back. Not really an option at the time so they provided me with compensation ( lights and mudguards) which I was happy with. Really swift communications with Tredz and a good outcome. Highly recommended dealer.
