What workshop services are available?

We are suspending some of our non-essential Workshop services to ensure we operate within social distancing guidelines. Below you will find all the services that are available.

How many people will be allowed in the store at once?

As we maintain social distancing throughout our store, we will let a maximum of three customers browse the shop at any one time.

How will social distancing and hygiene be maintained?

Our store will be equipped with clear 2m markings, as well as hand gels and wipes available at the front of the store.

We will only be accepting card payments (contactless if possible). Finance payments will also be accepted.

Can I test ride a bike or try on clothing?

To ensure we keep all customers and colleagues safe the following items should not be touch or tried; Bikes, Helmets, Gloves and Clothing.

How do I book a workshop service?

Bike collections and workshop service bookings will be by appointment only. Please email swansea@tredz.co.uk for help with bookings.

How do I arrange collection of my bike?

To collect your bike and in order for us to limit the number of people within our store, please email swansea@tredz.co.uk to be given your collection time slot.

Once your Barclays Partner Finance account is live you are able to make overpayments to help clear your balance sooner. Overpayments will reduce the term of your loan, minimum monthly payments remain the same.

Barclays Partner Finance Eligibility Criteria, on the date of the application, you must;

Be aged 18 or over.
Have lived permanently in the UK for the last three years (i.e. provide 3 years of UK address history or up to the last 3 UK addresses)
Not be subject to Bankruptcy or a Debt Relief Order (or Scottish equivalent)

For information - The credit check carried out will consider additional information relating to the performance of previous or existing commitments and any county court judgments.

You must also be one of the following:

In Permanent Employment which provides regular sustainable income of at least £6000 per year
Self-employed (upon request you may need to provide proof of income, for example a recent bank statement and/or their SA302)
Retired from regular employment (they may need to see proof of your pension or income)
Receiving certain DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) benefits that provide regular sustainable income.

You must also have:

A UK bank account from which Direct Debits can be taken
A mobile number
An E-mail Address

Please also note, A valid mobile number and e-mail address are mandatory for applying for a finance application. If you do not have a valid email address, you will not be able to apply for the finance.
