How many people will be allowed in the store at once?

As we maintain social distancing throughout our store, we will let a maximum of three customers browse the shop at any one time.

How will social distancing and hygiene be maintained?

Our store will be equipped with clear 2m markings, as well as hand gels and wipes available at the front of the store.

We will only be accepting card payments (contactless if possible). Finance payments will also be accepted.

I need to return an item, can I bring it back to store?

Yes. However, all returns will be stored securely for up to 72 hours before being processed.

Can I test ride a bike or try on clothing?

To ensure we keep all customers and colleagues safe the following items should not be touch or tried; Bikes, Helmets, Gloves and Clothing.

How do I book a workshop service?

Bike collections and workshop service bookings will be by appointment only. Please email swansea@tredz.co.uk for help with bookings.

How do I arrange collection of my bike?

To collect your bike and in order for us to limit the number of people within our store, please email swansea@tredz.co.uk to be given your collection time slot

Serviced bikes work better and last longer. Giant's bike service will keep your machine in top condition, costing you less in repairs and replacements down the line.

There are 4 bike service packages to choose from; General, Comp, Elite and Pro. You'll need to book a free bike safety check at the store by calling 01792 762345 or emailing swansea@tredz.co.uk. One of our expert mechanics will be able to let you know which service package is best for your needs.

Free Bike Assessment

Before any Service or Repair our mechanics will carry out a full safety check of the bike to ensure the bike is safe and you're getting the best value service to suit your bike.

Free Bike Service — Any bike you buy from Giant comes with a **FREE first service up to 6 weeks after purchase**. So if you notice your brakes have loosened or your gears don't shift as precisely, then make a visit to the store. It's always a good idea to get your bike properly tuned up. Your bike will be completely looked over, top-to-bottom, until the mechanics are happy.
