It’s not HR gibberish to say none of that is possible without great people. We might operate on the internet (alongside physical stores) but everything we do needs human beings to pull the strings: customer contact, parcel dispatch, marketing, technical services, web code, etc, etc.

Life at Tredz
We are a hardworking bunch that take pride in punching above our weight. Small beginnings have seen us morph into several departments with a team of around 80 colleagues.
We plan on growing, and growing fast. We change more in a year than other firms might in three years. There are some quieter corners of the company but if change, pace and responsibility are your bag then this is definitely somewhere you can thrive.

Swansea - United Kingdom - Hybrid remote | Full-time, Permanent
Tredz is predominantly a digital, specialist cycling and bike focused business. We’re big bike believers sharing our passion and know-how as Online Bike Experts with deep relationships with market leading brands. The role of Marketing Executive plays a key role within the Ecommerce Marketing team. You will be supporting our acquisition initiatives, brand awareness and CRM campaigns and all marketing functions. You will assist the team to plan and create marketing campaigns from idea creation to execution.
The Job...
In this role, you will research and analyse market, customer and competitor trends and insights to support the delivery of innovative marketing campaigns and strategies, which will grow and change how people perceive our brand, ensuring our brand remains recognisable, relevant, and striking to customers and prospects. The key measures of success will be driving brand awareness and consideration, social engagement, increase in loyalty and marketing effectiveness.

The Job...
- Various hours are available for this role.
- Salary: £9.75-£10.25 per hour (Salary depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
- Experience: Sales: 1 year (preferred)

We are looking to recruit a Bike Technician in our Giant & Tredz Bicycle Workshop based in Llansamlet, Swansea. While being a part of the Shop team you will work alongside a small group of skilled and passionate bike technicians using specialist knowledge to repair and service bikes by going the extra mile to deliver first class service to our customers.

Preferably we would like you to be trained to Cytech Level 2 but this is not essential. If you don't have the training we offer this after a successful probationary period.
